500g granulated sugar

Directions
Making the Syrup: Combine the listed components in a pot, bring to a simmer, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Then, take off the burner allowing it to reach room temperature entirely. Transfer into a sterilised bottle, close it and refrigerate it in the refrigerator, where it will keep for up to four weeks.
To make Premix: Mix all the liquid ingredients into a big jug, allow it to infuse for an hour, then filter it , ideally through cheesecloth, to ensure it's completely strained.
When ready to serve: Pour 85ml of your batch mix into your cocktail shaker containing ice, and stir lightly for a minute to chill. Strain to a chilled martini glass or a similar vessel, top with a few cranberries and finish with a brief mist of the essential oil above the glass.
